I encourage you to pause for a moment and breathe. Inhale. Exhale.
Sometimes, after a long weekend, it can be a bit overwhelming or challenging to return to work.
If you aren't in love with your job it can feel like returning to the cage where your life is diminished and your passions hushed.
Even if you love it, you may be reminded of looming deadlines, feeling the extreme pressure of needing to be overly productive (and catch up), or may even have a lot of energy and excitement around whatever it is you are working on!
Regardless, taking a moment to center yourself and breathe can be instrumental in cultivating focus for your day.
So take a moment to just breathe. And maybe send this to someone who also needs to take a moment to themselves to center and be.
