You don’t have to have all of the answers. If you think about it, it’s an impossible feat.
But perhaps there’s something or someone you are oscillating around and can’t decide. It’s okay, you don’t have to. You can sit in the space of “I don’t know” or “I’m not ready to make a decision” for as long as you want.
But I encourage you to not let that aspect of not knowing stop you from taking the steps you do know you can take. It may be in an entirely different part of your life, but keep that forward momentum. Taking even the smallest step forward contributes to the flow of life. Keep taking those small steps and it will start to flourish.
Small steps may be:
Organizing your thoughts in to-do & must-do lists
Parring down the must-do list into something realistic that honors reality (do you really know how long that one task is going to take?) and your energy.
Journaling about your dreams.
Breaking down your dreams into smaller achievable chunks.
Adding “take baths”, “go for walks”, and other self-care items to aforementioned to do list.
Slowing down to take note of where you are in life and how you feel.
Starting a yoga practice.
Booking that trip, massage, etc.
Dancing in the moonlight.
Self-discipling and acting in alignment of your highest self.
Honoring your future self rather than the impulsive self.
Putting up boundaries.
Laying down in the middle of a room with no music/tv/no distractions for 10-minutes.
Fill in your blank.
Don’t let stagnancy, confusion, depression, anxiety, etc. hinder you any longer. Take action in your life … even if that action is slowing down and sitting with yourself for five-minutes.
